Global Net Commerce, Inc. (GNCI) is a leading provider of innovative wireless solutions, products, and services for large financial institutions, multi-national retail, restaurant, and service chains, industry, and business enterprise.  For over 20 years our professional engineering team and skilled technicians have created state-of-the-art network architecture for ATM fleets, physical and mobile bank branches, failover networks, and custom IT solutions.  Our experienced and knowledgeable team focus on your networking goals, budget, and timeline during the design, development, engineering, and deployment of your network solution.

We are privately owned and operated, with our business offices located in Irvine, CA, and our design offices, network lab, staging, provisioning, and shipping warehouses located in nearby Costa Mesa, CA.

Michael Goraleski

Co-Founder, President/CEO, Chairman of the Board

Michael Goraleski brings over 25 years of financial and sales management experience to GNCI. Most recently he was President/CEO of Cashtech Group, LLC, a consulting firm which specialized in forging strategic alliances and partnerships with Fortune 1000 retail and financial companies. Before Cashtech Group, Mike was Executive Vice President at Glendale Federal Bank (prior to its merger with California Federal Bank), where he managed the Alternative Delivery Division and its subsidiary companies. After earning his B.A. from San Diego State University, Mike continued his education at the University of California at Berkeley’s Haas Business School where he holds an Executive MBA degree.

William J. Birch

Co-Founder, Executive Vice President

William J. Birch was the Executive Vice President and Director of Retail Banking for Glendale Federal Bank (prior to its merger with California Federal Bank) where he was responsible for retail banking, sales, lending, and operations. Before Glendale Federal Bank, Bill spent eight years at First Interstate Bank as an officer in marketing, sales, and human resources. Throughout his banking career he was an active member of the American Bankers Association, the Consumer Banking Association, and the American Management Association. Bill attended the University of Michigan Business School where he holds an Executive MBA degree.

Stacy Arthur

Controller/Secretary; Member, Board of Directors

Stacy Arthur was employed by 3M (Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing) before becoming part of the GNCI management team and member of the board of directors. While at 3M she was an integral part of their Electrical Products Division, Wireless Communication Products Department, and Personal Safety Division. Stacy held later positions as National Sales Manager for Nac Visual Systems handling nationwide distribution and marketing. Stacy earned a BS degree in Public Administration from the University of Southern California. She earned her MBA at Loyola Marymount.

Dick Orfalea

Member, Board of Directors

Dick Orfalea was Executive Vice President and Director of International Business for Kinko’s Corporation. During the 1990’s he handled Kinko’s international expansion into key growth markets. As co-founder of Kinko's, Dick and his brother Paul were instrumental in guiding Kinko’s through company partnership roll-up and restructuring, which generated more than $400 million investment capital. Prior to his position at Kinko’s, Dick was a senior officer at Citibank and CalFed Bank. Dick graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane Washington with a B.A. degree, and earned a Bachelor of Foreign Trade degree from Thunderbird American University Graduate School.

ADVISORY BOARD

Colin Chester

Chief Technology Advisor

Colin Chester has held high-level positions and handled the development and engineering of numerous wireless applications at Cypress Solutions, Sierra Wireless, Rogers Communications, and Telus Communications, Inc. He assists GNCI in all aspects of IT and engineering support for our wireless client applications. Colin was one of the founders and chief architect of Airbanc Wireless Solutions, which was acquired by Sierra Wireless in 1999. He has also held engineering and design positions with Cisco, Timeplex, Sprint Canada, and SITA.

Lelah Jenkins

Consultant

Lelah Jenkins brings over 35 years of broad-based IT experience in both financial and entertainment sectors. She currently serves as CEO of Newport Summit Group, LLC, a consulting firm providing technology solutions for business problems. Formerly Lelah was Chief Technology Officer for Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, and a senior executive of business technology at Bank of America. She has served as CIO for multiple banks, as well as Technology Director at the Walt Disney Company.

Brian M. Savage

Consultant

Brian Savage has over 30 years of information technology experience with specific focus on the financial services, telecommunication, and e-commerce industries. Brian provides valuable insight to the executive management team at GNCI. He is currently Senior Vice President, Financial Services Industry Group for TeleTech Holdings, Inc., where he manages Banking, Insurance, and Brokerage industries. Prior to TeleTech Brian served as the COO of Izodia Inc., an e-commerce software provider, where he built and launched Izodia’s business operations in the Americas. Before Izodia he was Vice President of IBM's Web Server Group, where he handled sales, solution architecture, and professional services for their UNIX platforms. Brian spent the first 19 years of his career with the NCR Corporation where he held several executive management positions within the Financial Services and Telecommunication business units. As Regional VP of Financial Services he significantly increased NCR’s ATM market share throughout the Western US.
