Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

GNCI may also collect non-personally identifiable information such as domain information, browser, operating system, date and time, and specific pages you visit as a part of our analysis of the use of the Website. This data enables us to become more familiar with which customers visit our Website and web pages, how often they visit, and what parts of the Website they visit most often. If you do not want personally identifiable information disclosed, you may “opt out” of future contacts at any time by unsubscribing from our database by contacting the Data Protection Officer as described in section 13. Notwithstanding anything stated to the contrary herein, GNCI will not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for third parties’ direct marketing purposes that are unrelated to GNCI products.

GNCI may share personally identifiable information with companies that provide support services to GNCI, and these companies are not authorized to use personally identifiable information for any purpose other than pursuant to the services provided to GNCI, but GNCI does not control these companies. PROMOTIONS

We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (any, a “Promotion”) through the Website that may require registration. By participating in a Promotion, you are agreeing to the terms, conditions, or official rules that govern that Promotion, which may contain specific requirements of you, including, except where prohibited by law, allowing the sponsor(s) of the Promotion to use your name and/or state of residence in advertising or marketing associated with the Promotion. CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 16
